Odograph keeps the whole record of a car, a pickup, a motorcycle, an RV, a boat, a tractor, a mower or a generator: every service, every fill-up, every bill, and the receipt that goes with it. It tells you what is due next, in the unit the machine is measured in: miles, kilometers, engine hours, or the calendar.
Everything lives on your phone, in a file you can hand to another phone, an accountant or the next owner. There is no account to be locked out of and nothing to lose when you switch phones. It works without a signal, in a barn or on a lake.
WHAT IT KEEPS
- Services, fill-ups, expenses, odometer readings and notes, each with its date and reading
- Receipts and invoices on the entry they belong to, as photos or PDFs
- Eleven kinds of asset, each with its own meter: distance, engine hours, or none
- Fuel in US gallons, imperial gallons or liters, and charging in kWh
WHAT IT WORKS OUT
- What is due and when, on the intervals you set: an oil change every 5,000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first, or a mower every 100 engine hours, with a reminder ahead of time
- Fuel economy in the unit you read: mpg, mi/kWh, l/100 km or gallons per hour
- What it costs: per mile, per day, per month and per fill-up, and where the money goes
WHAT IT HANDS OVER
- A handover document for a buyer, an insurer or an accountant: PDF, CSV or JSON, with only what you tick
- A complete backup file with every receipt inside, which opens in Odograph on your next phone, whichever kind it is
- VIN decode on the phone itself: manufacturer, manufacturer country, model year and check digit

- Touch and hold the app icon to log fuel or a service, or to see what's due
