We recommend all Pet Owners take the time to:
• Read reviews on Sitter Listings,
• View digital badges, and
• Do Meet & Greet full property tour at the proposed location of care, prior to the booking is key to increasing your likelihood of pet stay success.
The PetCloud platform provides a framework which encourages safe processes to reduce the risk of loss or harm to pets.
★We request that all Sitters undergo training.
★We ask Sitters provide Pet Owners with daily photo updates and Activity & Feeding reports.
★Customer Service & Technical Support: There to help if something goes wrong.
★Training: Offering training to empower Service Providers to meet high standards.
★Insurance: Helping to cover the financial burden of a large Pet Accident Emergency Vet bill.
★Digital Verification badges: We partner with a 3rd party service to Police check Sitters.
★Reputation Publishing: Sitters are allocated badges and Platforms host reviews left by Clients.
★Meet & Greet Guidance: Thanks to the amazing Vets at the RSPCA. They are the gurus here.
★Pet Management & Secure Booking Software: Easy-to-use tools for both pet owners and sitters.
★Escrow Service: Securing your funds, but not paying out to the Sitter until 24hrs after the last day of service.
★Free Pet Jobs Board: Helping you solve pet challenges, fast.
Every Booking is a chance to make an impact on Animal Welfare. All Pet Owners are invited to make an impact by donating $1 to their work when they make a booking.
Transparent: We have a transparent relationship with RSPCA Queensland.
Ethical: We will never display fake reviews, editorialised reviews, or altered reviews. Unfortunately this is practice is rampant in the sharing economy. We use the platform to find sitters for ourselves and we have worked with RSPCA Vets to implement a safe framework to decrease the risk of harm or loss of pets in care. You matter. Your pets matter. Sitters matter.
As per our Terms, all users are required to keep all current and future bookings on platform, indefinitely.
