خدمة المحفظة الالكترونية هي خدمة دفع الأموال عن طريق الهاتف المحمول يقدمها بنك الاستثمار الفلسطيني لكافة العملاء والمشتركين، وتتيح خدمة المحفظة الالكترونية للوكيل فتح حسابات جديدة للمشتركين في الخدمة بالإضافة إلى اجراء عمليات الشحن والسحب الالكتروني، وعمليات التحويل ما بين المحافظ الالكترونية للعملاء المشتركين في الخدمة، كما يوفر تطبيق الخدمة تقارير مفصلة لكافة حركات الشحن والسحب المنفذة على المحافظ الالكترونية للعملاء، والوكلاء، والتجار بطرق مختلفة، ويتيح التطبيق استخدام قنوات جديدة للدفع، وطرق جديدة لتحسين مستوى الخدمات وتحقيق رضا أفضل للعملاء واستقطاب عملاء جدد وتوسيع نطاق الاعمال وتحسين مستوى التنافسية من خلال تقديم خدمة دفع جديدة.

The E. wallet service is the service of paying money through a mobile device provided by Palestine investment bank to be used for transactions by depositing and/ or withdrawal and/or electronic payment for his/her payments and/ or electronic transfers via the mobile device. The E. wallet service allows the agent to open new accounts for customers and subscribers to the service in addition to conducting depositing and withdrawal and transfers between E. wallets of customers subscribing to the service, as well as the application provides detailed reports for all cash in and cash out transactions executed on the e-wallets of customers, agents, and merchants in different ways. The application allows using of new payment channels, and new methods to improve the level of services, achieve better customer satisfaction, attract new and potential customers, expand business activities and improve the level of competitiveness by providing a new payment service.
