Contact a car owner or driver by plate + issuing country.
re:plyte (replyte) lets you contact the driver of any car by license plate and issuing country, without either of you sharing a phone number. You start with a reason, and the message reaches them inside re:plyte, never through their phone number. If nobody has claimed that plate yet, the message waits and is delivered the day someone claims it. The same plate text exists in more than one country, so you choose the issuing country with the plate and reach the right driver.
PLANS IN THE APP
The app is free to download. Free includes one car and no co-drivers, with unlimited incoming messages. Premium adds three cars and three co-drivers on each and is an auto-renewable subscription bought in the app through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play where offered; re:plyte unlocks it after the store confirms the purchase, and Free stays available if a store product is missing. Fleet is unlimited cars and co-drivers for one organization, billed per vehicle under a custom agreement with our sales team; it is not sold in the app. replyte.com sells nothing.
START WITH A REASON
Every new conversation begins with a reason from the options the owner accepts. This gives the first message context and helps reduce unwanted contact.
KEEP THE CONVERSATION USEFUL
After the conversation starts, send text, photos or voice notes. The other person sees the plate + issuing country, the selected reason and what you send — not the private phone number used for sign-in. You can block unwanted contacts and manage cars and co-drivers. A claimed car also gets a QR contact sticker and a printable PDF.
WHEN YOU NEED THE DRIVER
Most of the time the reason is an ordinary one. Your car is blocked in and you need the other driver to move theirs. A car has been left with its lights on. You need the owner to come back to the car and there is no practical way to reach them. Each of those is one message sent to a license plate instead of a note left under a wiper. A claimed car can also carry its QR sticker on the windshield, so anyone standing next to it can scan the sticker and open the same chat without typing the plate.
CONTROL MESSAGE ALERTS
Choose notification preferences and set quiet hours. During quiet hours, ordinary message alerts pause; the conversation remains available, and reasons configured as exceptions may still notify you.
22 LANGUAGES, LIGHT OR DARK
Follow the device language or choose one of 22 languages in Settings. Appearance can follow the device or stay light or dark.
NEARBY ROAD UPDATES
Nearby shows brief road updates within the radius you choose. Location is used while Nearby is open.
WHEN THE CAR IS A COMPANY CAR
A company can keep the cars and vans it runs on one account, each with its own co-drivers, so a message sent to one of those plates reaches the people who drive it. Anyone who needs one of those drivers starts with a reason, and re:plyte connects the two of them in the app, with no phone number shared. A company car takes messages exactly the way any other car does; re:plyte never tracks one or shows an employer what its drivers do. This is the Fleet plan.
re:plyte is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, call local emergency services first.
