Crucially, the data collection is automatic and requires NO manual agent intervention or app interaction. This design choice is necessary because our field personnel are often not trained mobile app operators, and requiring a manual check-in or complex sequence would introduce errors and add unnecessary steps to their delivery workflow, impacting productivity and accuracy. The app handles the verification task autonomously.

How It Works: Irrefutable Verification
The system operates by capturing non-personal, environmental data at the delivery point:
📡 Wi-Fi Network Identifiers (BSSIDs/SSIDs): Scans and collects the unique IDs of nearby Wi-Fi networks as irrefutable, fixed evidence of physical presence.
📍 Precise Location Data: Used solely to geotag the delivery event and ensure the device is within the expected delivery radius.
This data is then securely encrypted and transmitted to your central backend system to build a reliable, non-repudiable audit log for every package drop-off.
