App Features :
1. To obtain DAT file, scan every file in the phone storage.
2. Users click on a DAT file , View and choose the "Convert to PDF" tab in order to convert it to a PDF.

How to Use Dat File
1. If the user wants to open and view the DAT files, they are required to click on the Select DAT files tab.
2. If they want to convert the DAT file into Pdf, they are required to click on the file,
select the convert to pdf tab below. After renaming it, the user can convert the file into a pdf.
3. The saved files can be found in the saved files tab.
4. Finally, the favorite files can be found in the favorite tab. The user needs to select the favorites tab in order to view the required files.

Required Permission:

android.permission.MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : Scan all DAT File from Phone Storage
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE & android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : Necessary for saving converted PDF files.
