The Shell Africa App will enhance your customer experience and make it a seamless experience between visiting the Shell service stations as well as online. The Shell Africa App puts information in the palm of your hand e.g. Station locator, information and answers to frequently asked questions, share feedback and complete surveys also the new Shell Club with other promotional information.
With the new Shell Club, you get rewarded for all your spend at Shell. The Shell Club is a points based loyalty program where members earn points for every purchase made at Shell by swiping a card or scanning a tag. The points accumulate for the member to redeem corresponding rewards from the Shell Club catalogue.

The Shell Africa App will help you track your points, browse the catalogue, get notifications and promotional offers and redeem gifts. All available gifts are listed along with their respective point’s requirements in the catalogue. Redemption through App gives you an e-voucher that is presented at partner outlet to redeem your gift.
Visit and spend at Shell as often as you can to grow your points and redeem them for various gifts e.g. Sportswear, electronics, Airtime, meals, trips or devices.
