Because MEGA MART knows that for centuries food has been the number one reason to have gathered friends, families, neighbors, co-workers, and any gathering, we wanted to be the supermarket that can provide the best quality, freshness, and value to bring our loved ones together. Yup! One cup of coffee will be a great reason to call a friend to come over on a Saturday morning. Or simple apple pie can make that dinner a little longer to share time with your family.


We want to be the place to choose to come and buy that bag of coffee or the apple pie that will make priceless memories of life.


MEGA MART history goes back to 1981 when Nongshim-Ga, a subsidiary of Nongshim, started a supermarket business in South Korea. In 1995, MEGA MART was first opened in Busan, South Korea. As a result of continuous efforts and investments in research and study, we have led the market and have grown steadily to operate 12 stores in South Korean and three (3) in China. And as of the spring of 2009, the first MEGA MART in the US has opened right here in the heart of Gwinnett.
