Smarty+ is a mobile application developed by BNP Paribas Cardif in order to evaluate the state of your device prior the subscription process.
To know if your device is eligible for the used phone accidental damage insurance, a complete diagnosis is done. To proceed to the tests, you have to download the App in the device to be insured. This application requires a Wi-Fi connection, as well as the activation of the Bluetooth and localization.
The first step will be to identify the phone you want to insure: brand, model, capacity and IMEI.
Then, we will be testing the following:
· Accelerometer & magnetometer
· Test buttons
· Charger
· Headphone jack
· Tactical screen
· Connectivity
· Screen
· Front camera
· Back cover
· Back camera
· Loudspeaker
· Microphone
If your smartphone is working properly, Congratulations! your phone is eligible for insurance.
