The ‘JAGRITI mobile application’ is meant for adolescent girls and boys. The application discusses about three key areas related to adolescent health, including physiological changes during adolescence, mental health, and nutrition. Currently, we have developed the Android version of the application. The application collects the personal information of the users (pertaining to demographic data) withprior consent. The application can be downloaded through a link and signed in through a mobile number and a self-created password. In every topic, the application takes the users through three domains, primarily topic-based relevant and crisp information (Knowledge Hub), an activity corner, and videos. Additionally, there are frequently asked questions in the application that assessadolescents’ knowledge and also address some myths and misconceptions about the topic. Besides, there are games for the users to help them learn the topic while playing. The application is currently available in three languages, Hindi, English, and Odiya. The entire applicationtakes 1 hourto finish it.Jagriti mobile application is an android-based application for adolescents that has information, games, and quizzes about pubertal changes in boys and girls, contraceptives, HIV/AIDS, anemia, undernutrition, balanced diet, addiction, mental health issues like anxiety, mood and eating disorders, and stress and anger management.
