The samwin Mobile Agent allows agent users to connect to samwin using their Android mobile device.
This app offers all the key features known from Desktop-class samwin Agents:
* Skill Management - log on to and off from Skills
* Call Handling - place a call on hold, park or re-queue a call
* Softphone Support - place and receive calls through WiFi or mobile data
* Full Directory Access - including presence and appointments
* Call Wait List & Call History - shows waiting and past calls

In areas with poor internet connection an ACD Extension, set up as non-controlled physical phone using the mobile device's phone number, can be used instead of a Softphone ACD Extension. This allows the user to handle samwin calls as regular phone calls even with minimal cell coverage.

Neuerungen

This version addresses several issues, including occasional application crashes during calls on certain devices, the ability to log out while on a call, and visibility problems with the dial pad on smaller screens. It also resolves inconsistencies in UI elements, internationalization of text, timestamp formatting, presence information display, overlapping appointment details, and caller name visibility.
