Time-Block

BINKO PTY LTD

Über dieses Spiel

To-do lists tell you what to do. They never tell you when — and that's why half of them never get done. Time-Block Planner turns your day into a visual timeline where every task has an actual slot, so your calendar shows exactly how your day will really go.

Add a task, give it a time slot, and watch it appear on your daily timeline. Unscheduled tasks stay visible in their own queue until you drag them into a block, so nothing quietly falls through the cracks.

KEY FEATURES
• Visual daily timeline showing every scheduled block at a glance
• Unscheduled task queue for things you haven't slotted in yet
• Quick Create Block dialog to add a new task straight to your timeline
• Edit Block dialog to adjust time, title, or details on anything already scheduled
• One-tap delete for blocks you no longer need
• Daily progress ring showing how much of your planned day is complete
• Clean separation between "scheduled" and "unscheduled" so priorities stay visible
• Fast, distraction-free interface built for quick daily planning
• Works fully offline — your schedule is available with zero setup
• No account, no sync required, no ads

HOW IT WORKS
Open the app to your daily timeline. Tap Create Block to add a new task with a title and time slot, or drag an existing unscheduled task into an open slot. Tap any block to edit its time or details, or delete it when it's done. The progress ring updates as you complete blocks, giving you a running sense of how the day is going.

PERFECT FOR
Deep-work professionals who block time instead of just listing tasks. Freelancers and students juggling multiple commitments in a single day. Anyone who's tried to-do apps before and found tasks piling up unscheduled. People who think better visually and want to see their day laid out, not just written down.

PRIVACY & TRUST
Time-Block Planner stores your schedule locally on your device. No account is required, no data is uploaded to a server, and there's no tracking or analytics. Your daily plans are yours — private, offline, and always available.
