i-PjH is the most comprehensive Residential Management System, developed with Key Collection and Defect Report modules to ease the residents in their daily activities.
RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
i-PjH provides a centralised platform for effective communication between Residents and Managements with features such as:
Key Collection - for residents to perform appointment booking in terms of Key Collection. Residents are allowed to book a slot, without having to go to the Management Office and submitting a form. Once the Management has responded to the appointment, residents will likewise receive an alert regarding the status updates.
Defect Report - provides a platform for residents to lodge a report regarding an incident or defect occurring within the neighbourhood, without having to go to the Management Office. Residents are likewise always kept updated with the latest status of the report.
