JobProof - Site Reports

TJS Web Development

Über diese App

JobProof Reports helps tradies, contractors and sole traders document work quickly and create clear, professional site reports.

Create a job, capture photos under Before, Progress, After, Issue, Material, Serial or Access, and keep every record organised automatically. Each proof record can include the capture time, site address, GPS coordinates, accuracy and a short caption.

When the job is complete, create a client-ready PDF report or export the stamped photos as a ZIP file. Share through Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files or any compatible app on your device.

Built for fast work on site:

- Camera-first capture workflow
- Before, Progress, After and issue categories
- Professional subtle or detailed photo stamps
- Short captions for important notes
- Business details and logo on reports
- Reorder photos and select records for the report
- Search and archive completed jobs
- PDF and ZIP export
- Local storage with no account required
- No mandatory cloud storage
- No ads or subscription

Your job records remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them. JobProof Reports keeps proof-of-work documentation simple, organised and ready for the customer.
