Open Android Radio is an open source, no non-sense radio client for android devices (primarily smartphones).
I got sick and tired of many radio apps out there being riddled with tracking and harvesting user data for profit and being a cluttered mess, so here is my own and truely free alternative.
Features:
---Adding & Removal of Stations---
You choose the content you want and when you want it.
---Support for AAC, MP3 & HLS Streams---
Wide Station Compatibility ensures that the music you want, will be heard.
Just a little note here, metadata for HLS stations and some stations seems to be a bit buggy and some stations broadcasting in unusual formats may cause "No Data" or the metadata bar to go blank.
---Minimal Device Storage Usage---
Your storage is safe with us, images are loaded from the web, rather than stored on device, ensuring that the party isn't ruined by those useless videos cluttering your storage that you took 5 years ago.
---Near Instant Load Times---
In Indeal Conditions, the load times are instant, often faster than going through official apps made by media companies.
---Clean & Simplistic UI---
The info you need is shown from the start, just open the app, click on a station and your done, your now listening to the music you want.
---Disconnect Protection---
Had a brief connection dropout?
Don't worry, the party will continue once it's back, no user interaction required.

This App Includes Presets for some regions in the UK, but the stations in these presets are licensed appropriately and are subject to availability depending on the requests of the station owners.
