Bug fixes and improvements
- Fixed an issue where tracking could still be started from project quick-start or auto-resume while mobile tracking was disabled for the workspace.
- Tracking now stops immediately when the workspace owner disables mobile tracking, instead of continuing until the next app restart.
- Fixed a bug where the "mobile tracking disabled" state could be incorrectly cleared after a data refresh.
