Folio is the shared cash book for teams that pay out of pocket: building sites, vehicles, material runs, the petty cash drawer at the office.

On site, your foreman logs an expense in five seconds: an amount, a short note, a photo of the receipt. The category is guessed for them. Back at the office you see the entry before the phone is back in a pocket.

WHAT FOLIO DOES
• One book per cash box: site, bank, vehicle, customer payments
• A receipt photo is required above the threshold you set. Below it nothing gets in the way; above it the entry waits for a sign-off
• An approval queue you clear from your phone, with the receipt in front of you
• Per-person floats with daily and monthly caps
• Live balances by book, supplier and project
• Works without signal: entries wait on the phone and send themselves when the network is back
• An audit trail: who logged it, who approved it, who changed it
• Reports for the owner, and a read-only seat for your accountant
• French and English; amounts in dirhams, euros or dollars

WHAT FOLIO DOES NOT DO
Folio never holds, moves or pays money. Your team pays the way it already does; Folio is the register everyone can see.

GETTING STARTED
Create your company's workspace in the app in under a minute, then invite your team with a link you can send on WhatsApp. Unlimited users per company, each with a role: owner, admin, manager, member or read-only.

YOUR DATA
Your books stay yours. Everything can be exported from the web app, and your account can be deleted from Settings in the app.
