Docketbook is for sharing proof of work/delivery documentation between companies. It's time to eliminate the pain of paper dockets and move to a solution that works for you and for your customers/suppliers. With Docketbook you can:
• Design your own docket templates to meet your needs
• Include Checklists to help ensure compliance and safety
• Record shift start / finish times
• Record quantities of time and materials used onsite
• Capture signatures onsite
• Attach photos or other documents to your dockets.
• Maintain full real-time visibility of your dockets as they are being created
• Group dockets into batches for invoice creation and simple reporting.

Completed Dockets are then sent to your client who has read-only access and can approve the docket with a simple workflow process. No more docket disputes or lost dockets.

As a head contractor, you can job-cost the dockets as they arrive and connect the output of data into your onsite systems via Excel or direct integration.

What's more, Docketbook Orders makes docket creation even easier. Creating a Docket from an Order means that the customer, supplier and docket templates are preselected and the item list contains only the items agreed with your customer.

If you work with multiple staff and subcontractors, you can allocate work to them via the Jobs module. They can accept the work and create dockets from the Job, even if they are not part of your company.
