Fixed an issue with telemetry display when values were missing.
Updated the map popup UI for a single vehicle, replacing the InfoWindow with a BottomOverlayPanel.
Implemented a "follow" feature that keeps tracking the vehicle while the panel remains open.
Updated library versions to resolve compatibility issues.
Refactored the codebase by rewriting API calls to make them parameterized.
