CHFL Customer App is an information App for all Centrum Housing Loan customers. It provides all information about Mortgage (Home Loans). It does not allow customers to make any financial transactions.

- Minimum and maximum period for repayment of home loans - 12 Months to 240 Months
- Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for home loans - which generally includes the interest rate plus fees and other costs for a year, or a similar rate calculated consistently with local law. 12% to 18%
For Example: For an amount of ₹1 Lakh borrowed at an Interest Rate of 18.00% for 240 months, the payable amount would be: ₹1,543 p.m.
The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 3,70,298/- out of which the interest amount would be ₹2,70,298/-
- Processing fee - It ranges from 1.5% to 3% - Depending on profile
- A privacy policy that comprehensively discloses the access, collection, use, and sharing of personal and sensitive user data.
