Easy to use fault report app with direct feedback to driver. The fault report app is where the bus drivers report identified faults. The bus driver can also see previously reported faults and comment on faults. The information is is transferred in real-time to the traffic operations where they can act on the faults depending on their urgency. Information is stored in a database and reported to workshop. The workshop uses the information as input to their daily operation. When faults are corrected the workshop reports in a easy to use interface on the status. Integration to work-shop task management systems is optional.
The instant, on-line fault report app takes away the manual, paper based, slow and often badly working routines of collecting fault reports from buses.
