It requires a code to register a new account, but No code was sent in advance by the bank to customers. As user of the former app my e-mail and phone number were registered, yet, when I tried to log in the app said sg. like no such account/details found. Turned out my phone number was not in the right format in their system. The reps. of the bank were super helpful. All is working now, so I modified my initial 1star rating to 4.
