Would be nice if the episode count was in "watched episodes/aired episodes/total episodes" format and it shows how much time until the next episode airs in the main list.

MyAnimeList has decided to block all third-party clients from accessing their service with no notice. Unfortunately, that means this application will no longer work for an indefinite period of time. I cannot “fix” that from my side. I encourage you to contact MAL support (myanimelist.net/about.php?go=support) and let them know about this issue.
