Can I have my 651 points back?? My account isn't "dormant", I couldn't sign in before due to issues with the app and not being in the location that Reklaim wanted me to be in 🤨

This app used to be good, but they recently walked away from surveys with small payouts that reliably paid out to surveys that take tons of time, might not pay out, but have larger returns. They then debuted videos, but most I have encountered on pay out if you perform other actions after watching the video.
