About this app

Ein Medication Notebook is an electronic medicine notebook application that is based on the electronic medicine notebook and has a convenient "smart pharmacy" function that can effectively use the time until you receive your medicine.
By registering Ein Group's pharmacies as your pharmacies*1, you can easily perform the three functions of the "smart pharmacies", "prescription sending function", "call me medicine ready call", and "show medication list". It is available.

・Use as an electronic medicine notebook
The drug information received from the Ein Group pharmacies registered as your pharmacies*1 will be sent directly to the app from the pharmacies without the QR code.
You can also register information about medicines received from pharmacies other than the one registered in your pharmacy*1 by reading the QR code. *2
Drug information other than prescription drugs such as OTC drugs can be registered as photos.

・Use of smart pharmacy
To use smart pharmacies, it is necessary to specify the pharmacy to use from the list of pharmacies that have introduced the Ein Medication Notebook service.
Available from more than 900 Ein Group pharmacies nationwide from Hokkaido to Okinawa.

・Use of Chk4.me (Check for Me)
It is possible to browse the information of the medicine list registered not only at the pharmacy but also at doctors and caregivers.
You don't need to give your smartphone, you can check it on a computer that can connect to the Internet.

■ Eight functions and merits
◇"Reception by sending a prescription": Before going to the usual pharmacy*, take a prescription with your smartphone camera and send it. The app will notify you when you can take the medicine, so you can shorten the waiting time at the pharmacy and receive the medicine at your favorite time.

◇ "Drug call": Even if you bring a prescription to your pharmacy* and submit it, you can request a call and the app will let you know when the drug is available. You can effectively use the waiting time as your time without waiting for the completion of medicine.

◇ "Show your list of medicines": You can share the medicine information registered in the medicine notebook application with your pharmacist at the push of a button when your pharmacist*1 requests it. There is no need to hand over a smartphone with the Medication Notebook app installed for browsing, so you can rest assured.

◇ "Medication list": You can manage the history of medications you have taken and medications you are taking. It supports two-dimensional barcode reading, photo saving, and manual entry as a drug registration method. A "medicine search" is also added, which allows you to search for drug names with one button and read detailed information. ‥

◇ "Drug alarm": To prevent you from forgetting to take your medicine, an alarm will notify you when it is time to take your medicine. It is possible to set the alarm time in the morning, noon and evening as well as once a week.

◇ "Multi-user function": Information on family medicines can be managed individually. It is a medicine notebook app that is useful for the whole family.

◇"Chk4.me (Check for Me)": When you visit a medical institution, you can check the information in Ein's Medication Notebook on your computer.
Since it is a system that uses a one-time code, consideration for personal information has already been addressed.

◇ "Follow-up message": A message function that allows the pharmacy to check the medication status. You can answer with a simple operation, and if you have any concerns while taking medication, you can feel free to consult with us by replying.

*1 Refers to the pharmacies that carry out the Ein medicine notebook service listed in the list of pharmacies in the application.
*2 It is possible to read a QR code that conforms to JAHIS (Japan Healthcare and Welfare Information Systems Industries Association).

This application supports "e medicine Link", a mutual browsing service for electronic medicine notebooks.
The "e-Pharmacy Link" is a system provided by the Japan Pharmacists Association, which allows you to mutually browse information between different electronic medication notebook services.
