Edit: The camera worked great when I first got it. Now it's very laggy. When I try to play a video back, it says there is no video, I have to try 3 or 4 times to make it play, and it freezes. Takes forever to load the live camera. Sometimes, it says no connection, although it's near the router, and the app says 100%. The doorbell doesn't ring on time either. It is delayed by about 2 minutes. There is a lot to be fixed about this app and camera. I am thinking of getting a better one.

Installation was not easy, but doable. Once installed use is somewhat choppy and camera control is unreliable. There does not seem to be a PC app for these caneras and direct download of captured video is not possible. Menu selections are not obvious or logically arranged. I bypass an error message every time i was to enter the setup page.

The only thing missing is humain detection with motion. The camera can record but doesnt follow the intruder which is annoying compared to my other camera. The app is ok, but could be more UX friendly for replays. Too often the playback is not working, we have to try 3/6 times to watch the short clip. Finally the customer service is super slow to reply. After one week still waiting for their answer about upgrading the software which is not effective on all my cameras...
