Complain to Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection and get 25% of the fined amount using the "DNCRP Complain" app. Its easy to make a complaint. Then fill up a form about your contact details. Note that all the fields are mandatory, if your complaint is successful, DNCRP will contact you via the information you provided. Then you can make your complaint by giving the name of the accused company, their address, details of the incident and a photo of the receipt. If your complaint gets verified by DNCRP, they will communicate with you.

Complain with the National Consumer Rights Protection Directorate and get 25% of the penalty very easily using the "Consumer Rights Complaint Center" app. Fill out the form to contact you. Information on this form is required to file a complaint, and you will be contacted by the National Consumer Protection Authority based on this information. Then go to the complaint page by selecting the "Complaint" option, from there send the accused establishment's name, address, full details of the incident and photo of the purchase receipt/voucher. After verification of your complaint you will be contacted by National Directorate of Consumer Protection.

The app is full of adds. Which is so disgusting and annoying. I tried out to make a call. Neither one of their phone number is not working! Government should keep an eye and redevelop the whole app as soon as possible.

Why does a government app shows adware in app is beyond any logic. All sorts of ads are here. Ad placement in layout and video ads during operation.
