Ratings and reviews

Completely dusfunctional service, wait time between buses is closer to 45 minutes than the promised 20 minutes, drivers are not knowledgeable about routes and are unprofessional. Full loop tours end way earlier than said. The app does a poor job of showing when the next bus is coming or even the routes. Worthless service.

Busses stops coming at 4pm i do not recomend it. The routes are only one way, so there is no way to go to certain places without expending more than an hour. Just use the subways or public busses

App help me lot but more than that staff like driver, support staff was very good and guided me very well. Thanks for your service, it make my trip memorable without any issue and with nice bus frequency able to visit attractions as per scheduled.
