I like the game and put a lot of money into it but I don't like that it changes locations without allowing you to fully upgrade and really get your money's worth of play. I spend almost 20$ and then the location changes just when I am equipped enough to play it and enjoy. The ability to go back to beaten locations in a endless mode would be great.

so at what level do you treat the pregnant women?? i feel the ads for this game are false advertisement, as it came up in another game i play. Also if its going to come up with ads after every level after level 10, then i will delete it & NO i am not willing to pay to remove the ads! i will stick with happy clinic game

Just like most of these games, the first hospital is fun, and then by the second one, be prepared to fork out major money to proceed. I spent a week trying to get past one level watching ads etc. Uninstalling now.
