One Network has a very efficient customer service team that can be accessed via email, app and 1313 Helpline. By downloading this M-Tag One network app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Customer Service Agreement relevant to your account, M-Tag App Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Our M-Tag Application collects, discloses and uses your personal information and how you may contact us in relation to your personal information. M-Tag registration facility is available in 26 registration centers; however, M-Tag account recharge can be done via MasterCard or Visa enabled Debit/ Credit Cards using the M-Tag One Network Application.

I just updated my app to new version 3.1.5 and it's really terrible. LOGIN mechanism is not working. When I click on biometric option it's flickering and I am unable to scan my finger. AND When I am trying to add value in CNIC field,keyboard is not showing. Please do some proper testing before publishing the application. You have thousands of users. Do show some responsibility

Unable to login or sign up, the pop up shows that no M-Tag is registered for these details....I registered for M-Tag through motorway office but app doesn't recognizes it and I have to recharge it through other wallet or banking apps. wonder when it'll be fixed.

I can't enter the data in the cnic and phone field. Biometric has also stopped working. Add soon as i chick on the screen, keyboard pops up and goes down again. Like app is pressing the back button on its own.
