Sadly, as one decides to clean one's phone, apps keep urging us to go to other apps. Therefore, no one gets a 5 except for Norton, who remains self-contained?

It just keeps popping up and saying that I have thousands of viruses I don't know why it says that I think it has to do with my niece's phone somehow hers got embarked in mine and now because she's only 12 so I need to get some of her stuff out of here and erase under 12 year old stuff
