AURES is the software for remote assistance with maintenance, service and production through Augmented Reality.
Usable from smartphones and smartglasses, AURES also includes, where purchased, the MaGestio software, a maintenance management software that manages the entire maintenance process, from the creation of operating procedures to the assignment of ordinary/extraordinary maintenance interventions, from spare parts to equipment , from reporting to complete statistics.
Specifically, AURES allows you to:
1. carry out remote assistance and interactive video calls with specialized personnel;
2. pointers in augmented reality
3. real time interactive whiteboards
4. file and monitor sharing
5. call report
6. view operating procedures in Augmented Reality (or mp4) reducing human error during maintenance and/or assembly;
7. view production data and documentation;
8. share information in "run time" with remote staff;
9. record audio and automatically transform them into text documents;
10. record videos and take photos;
11. centralize user manuals and documentation
All features are also available "hands-free" through the use of smartglasses. The application supports voice commands for control, which can only be used with smartglasses.
The AURES App is distributed together with the AURES web platform; once the AURES app has been downloaded, you can request access credentials through the app itself.
While MaGestio allows you to:
1. create, assign and manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions
2. create operational maintenance procedures including spare parts and equipment;
3. create and manage the spare parts and equipment registry;
4. associate documentation and videos with maintenance procedures;
5. create intervention reports;
6. View statistics on interventions
