For over 10 years Papa J's have had a restaurant in Luton, firstly in Alma Street and then in larger premises in Wellington Street to satisfy the increasing demand. Indian cuisine’s layering of flavours is increasingly replacing the ubiquitous Chinese as the nation’s favourite food, but with so many restaurants to choose from how can you be sure of quality?
