Monthly fee is as follows.
Members 400 yen per person (including tax) / 1 month (* counting from the date of application) / Automatic Update

Unless you disable the automatic update before more than 24 hours of subscription renewal date, subscription period will be automatically updated. For charging at the time of being automatically updated, it will take place within 24 hours of the subscription renewal date.

Billing will be in the Google Play account.
And checking and withdrawal of membership status (= cancellation of the automatic update) method
Cancellation and confirmation of the subscription can be done from the following screen.
1. Launch the Google Play Store.
2. Tap Menu> Accounts> [subscription].
3. Locate the subscription you'd like to cancel.
4. Tap the [cancellation].
