We are loosing customers due to App issue only. Customers scolding us like anything. It's complete failure of product team, we're are working to get leads but not able convert because failure of the insta app and product heads as to take issues seriously.

Dear sir, I am sending this on the behalf of all the dst boys . We r facing issues while using insta app . Issue are as follows . 1- insta take long time while in load hours 2- opt issue 3- most imp issue is maximum costumer handle their documents in mobile or in digocker. At that case mobile image and Xerox not accepted by insta. So plz give us an option to upload photo from gallery to neat and clean image upload. 4- Bank gives us an option of NOC for vehicle which purchase from another.
