About this game

Yet Another Solitaire Game (YASG) is a classic Klondike, Spider and Freeell card game. It is designed for card game enthusiasts who want to test their skills against other players. Online tournaments start all day, every few minutes, according to various settings. Joining players must solve exactly the same hand at the same time. During the competition, the program monitors many factors and scores the competitors based on this. At the end of the tournament, players can compare their results.
YASG supports all popular game modes such as the number of drawn cards (1, 2 or 3), the spider colors (1, 2 or 4), and the number of free cells (4 , 5 or 6). Separate online tournaments are launched for each game mode, so everyone can compete with their favorite settings!
In addition to the tournaments, it is also possible to play without an internet connection. Fine tunings such as e.g. adjusting the layout and size of the tableau or adjusting the draw cycles during Spider.
The game is completely free of advertisements and does not require registration.

YASG also has many unique options, such as heap piles, open versions and non-linear scoring.
Heap piles help solve the hand in such a way that a card can be placed on a pile from any place and then moved to a suitable place later.
The open game mode can be a great option for beginners. The rank and/or color of the face-down cards on the tableau also becomes visible, so we can move on based on this additional information in a decision-making situation. There is also a special open game mode, during which the game always shows the location of the next card on the tableau.
The game collects various metrics in order to be able to compare the submitted results of the competitors as best as possible. In addition to obvious factors such as solving time and number of swipes/moves, YASG monitors the player's clicks and whether the automatic card moves are used consciously or tentatively.

YASG also wants to show more in the gaming experience!
It can be set as an optional element so that we can play the hand as lifelike as we would do with a real deck of cards. On the tableau, the cards will appear in irregular columns, and even the automatic card transfers offered by the game can be turned off.
The player can adjust the speed of dealing, drawing and flipping cards to be in sync with the player's abilities. Of course, basic things like background selection, automatic orientation, left-handed mode are all available. In addition to setting the colors and sizes of the card, the figure representation can also be chosen based on the names of many nations (English, French, German, Polish, Dutch, Icelandic, Swedish and Russian).

YASG summarizes the results of the competition according to several categories and maintains a global and its own top list. It rewards the most successful and persistent players separately. Our own results can be analyzed later, and previous competitions can be replayed.
