② Occurrence and elimination of undriveable vehicles on National Route 8, National Route 17, National Route 18, and National Route 116
③ Traffic closure regulations and lifting of road closures on Hokuriku Expressway, Kanetsu Expressway, and Joshinetsu Expressway
④ Implementation and lifting of chain restrictions on the Joshinetsu Expressway
⑤ Implementation and cancellation of instructions for wearing chains on large vehicles on National Route 8, National Route 17, National Route 18, National Route 116, Hokuriku Expressway, Kanetsu Expressway, Joshinetsu Expressway
