어머니께서 구독형에 대해서 잘 모르시고, 일 하신다고 잠깐 써보셨는데 오늘 결제가 됬습니다.. 결제가 된 날로부터 3일이 아니고 구독취소 기간도 아니고 환불 가능 기간이 평가판 시작일로부터 3일이라니요.. 이게 결제가 되는건지도 모르고 쓰시는 분들이 많은거 같습니다 환불이 가능할까요? 오늘 결제됬습니다.

3일무료사용이라고해서 구독했다가 앱을 삭제하면 자연스럽게 구독취소가 되는줄알고 정기결제는 끝나는줄 알았는데 앱을 지우고 나서 나중에도 계속 정기결제가 되더라고요 앱을지우고 한번도 쓴적이없는데 환불부탁드립니드 4개월동안 정기결제된 금액 환불해주세요

3일무료체험하기 눌렀는데 바로 결제가 되버리고 바로 구독취소했는데..3일이 지나도 환불안해줍니다.앱도 별볼일없음 영상화면이 넘작아서 답답함! 영상배경이나 음악도 개성이 없음!
