이앱 사용문제가 많네요 얼굴사진만 찍고 사용도 안했는데 정기구독으로 자동결제되나요. 무료판클릭안하고 그냥 얼굴사진수집동의클릭했더니 다음창으로 넘어가버려 자동구독이 된건지 확인이 안되요. 플레이스토어 좌측상단에 정기결제메뉴에 들어갔더니 리페이스앱이 안뜨는데 그럼 결제가 된게 아닌거죠. 앱이용도 안했거든요. 앱삭제하면 다 취소되나요. 리뷰보니 정기결제문제로 많은분들이 댓글올렸는데 걱정되네요 정기결제가 됬는지 확인답변바랍니다

취소방법 아래 참고하세요. 아무리 여기다 취소해달라고 글 작성해도 안됩니다. 앱은 그냥 허접하네요. 1. Google Play 스토어 열고 2. 메뉴= > 정기 결제를 탭합니다 (메뉴는 상단 검색창 좌측에 작대기 세 개짜리 누르시면 됨. 정기결제는 메뉴 내에 있음) 4. 리페이스 앱 누르면 5. 맨 밑에 구독 취소 있음 그거 누르면 끝

혹시 3일째 취소하려했는데 갑자기 지멋대로 결제한경우 환불방법이에요. 먼저 결제되면 문자로 올거에요 그럼 어플 사용하시면 안되고 먼저 리뷰상단 나와있는 구독취소 바로해주세오 (구독취소한다고 환불은 아닙니다) 그담에 플레이스토어앱에서 계정 구매내역가면 문제해결인가 뭔가있는데 그거클릭하고 실수로 구매함 클릭하고 사유쓰면 환불되요. 폰어플로하면 안보이니 피씨들어가거나 폰으로는 피씨버전들어가서 하세요. 저도 결제되서 당황엄청했는데 환불받았어요
