Even if you click the remember me box. It does not remember your username or password. It will not let you use anything related to a previous username, email, or anything you would actually remember. Then, when you do put in all the information. It freaks out and says the password is incorrect. If you go to their desktop website, I can log in regularly. Something is wrong with this app.

Hi Malik Malak, for security measure & for a better experience, we highly suggest you to set up the biometrics login by for ease of access. If the issue still persists, kindly use the "Report An Issue" available in the login page, or on the top left hamburger menu after you logged in or email us at my.customer@aia.com to investigate further.

Kudos to AIA Malaysia for consolidating all your services into one major app. This is quite ambitious and it has been a rocky start, which should be expected. But it seems you're taking feedback seriously, and the app is slowly but surely improving. Keep at it, and keep improving! Hopefully, you have a goal of getting the app to be a 4.5+ star rating, and by continuously taking feedback and improving, you will eventually get there. I have many protection products from AIA, so I use this app very often. I am also a very active AIA Vitality member. First thing, I noticed that the AIA Vitality website is no longer, and points to this app instead. This is quite a shame as I feel that the desktop experience is quite important and should be retained. In addition, I find that the AIA Vitality Points Summary in the AIA app is not as complete and accurate as what was on the website. I can't seem to see exactly where I got my points from. I hope this can be improved to provide a clear and complete tabulation of my Vitality points for the year. The third improvement is in the presentation and accuracy of the Vitality weekly challenge. Sometimes the graph shows a completely different total number of points that what the Total displays. Confusing. Finally, could you please add a section that describes clearly how I can maximise my Vitality points? I.e. what is the maximum points from each activity and how often I can do the activity. This information is sort of available now, but very hard to find a summarised over view. To finish, there are many positive things about the app that I like. These include: - Being able to pre-register for clinic visits - Being able to track my Employee Benefits claims - Checking my policy entitlements and details - The session time-out and fingerprint problem seems to be fixed now and is much appreciated - and a lot more! Keep up the great work and will to improve. This app has SO much potential!

I like the layout of the app. The information shown on the different pages are clear & information about my premiums & payment methods are easily accessible. The only gripe I have with it is linking my fitness tracker to the app to earn my vitality points. Even after calling customer service, they have yet to resolve the issue. Maybe it's just my device, the customer service or the rate of resolving this issue could be more efficient.
