About this app

COYZY is first of all a Community based on a participatory citizenship; this constitutes the active user base made up of people who believe in solidarity, not in economic terms as we are used to seeing and thinking, but in behavior towards others. We believe that users and partners will be able to receive and generate a huge positive impact on their lives, on society and could make places much safer.

• App Features

- SOS: In case of need, the user can activate an automatic SOS. Based on their sharing authorizations, a request of help reaches Angels and Safety Points within 500m radius and Police within 1.5km radius (or some of these subjects) so that they can promptly intervene and provide help.

- Geolocation: based on each user personal settings, position is geolocated in order to effectively provide support.

- Audio/Video recording: when SOS alarm is active, the user’s smartphone will automatically record audio and video of what is happening. Recorded content is stored in the smartphone photo/video gallery for potential future use as evidence in any proceedings.

- I’m Safe: by tapping the “I’m safe” button, users can notify their personal safety net (Angels) that they safely reached their destination.
Training: within the “training” section, users can find training and informative content. All this is divided by topics so that it can be enjoyed directly from a smartphone.

• Community

- Angels: this is the a personal safety net, which users themself build upon invitation. Angels are our most trusted people.

- Safe-Points: These are the safe points in the city and they can also be marked with the COYZY logo as a window sticker. There users will find trained staff which will provide trained personnel ready to give immediate help in case of need, as well as a meeting place with the COYZY Community.

- Guardians: are the guardians who move in the city and are, by definition, those active subjects who can intervene in an emergency situation, (Examples include first aid associations, civil service associations, voluntary organisations, police officers and other public and private entities that perform this function and may be available to the user).
