Expressed that I am allergic to a specific ingredient and to ensure that the food ordered didn't have the ingredient which could result in me being hospitalized. The food was delivered with the item that could send me to my death. I contacted support and they basically told me that nothing could be done. I requested a refund as I had to throw the food out. The support was of no help.

It takes a long time for your order..It took 3 hours to get my food. If your hungry I don't recommend 876. The drivers are great it's not their fault when the order is late it's the people in the office.

I UNINSTALLED THE APP! NEVER AGAIN! Original app worked quite fine. Used it for mths. Had to install a whole new 876Get app for Android due to the recent update, then I couldn't get into my account. Had to create an a/c for my husband & use that. 876Get registered my order incorrectly & we got the wrong order. Rched out to customercare who said they didn't see an issue on their end so they weren't going to compensate us for the incorrect order even tho we showed them how the app messed up.
