About this app

The LTS Connect app works to optimize your security experience, giving you full control of LTS series DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, the video doorbell, and access control. With more PT Cloud functions added, you’ll have video sharing capabilities as well. Start by creating an account and adding your security devices. Then you can live view, search and play back recorded video of all your cameras and optimize your other LTS security devices remotely from anywhere on a global scale. LTS Connect also notifies you instantly when a motion detection alarm is triggered.

One star because of zero customer support. Their recording tells you to call the installer. App seems to work fine. Started getting an error when loading live view in HD on my phone though. Cleared cash and restarting seems to have fixed it. Playback seems like it could be a smoother UI experience. Trying to scroll to a specific time is a pita on the phone. Works just fine on the directly connected monitor though. I'd give 3 or 4 stars if they actually answered their phone.

Terrible App. Not user friendly. Difficult to find videos for playback or get to the correct timestamps. Once a Playback video is finished, unable to jump to the next video. Unable to move back and forth between video. Difficult to adjust video speed. After playback is finished, the screen goes back to midnight. Very difficult to navigate the App. If I had a choice, wouldn't use this. Overall just a bad App.

The latest release of this app (4.19) is terrible. I have been using this app since Oct 2021 with no issues or complaints. This latest update has several issues. The only way to view all cameras at once is with the small window when the app loads. When you try to pull up a camera view in a larger view the video feed just spins and then gives a failed to load error message. The layout of the larger view is not great either. It used to be full screen but now is only half with the controls taking up the other half. I wish the controls were hidden again.
