Have you ever had trouble praying when you are hungry? It's a year of moments recorded with a little help from my teacher Davida. The goal is to serve those in need by setting aside 10 minutes a day to pray during meal times.

Focusing on the unique needs of people with celiac disease and those who support them. This is brought to you by a network of people who love, serve and pray for everyone. Providing a place where people can submit prayer requests, discover their prayer language, ideas and prayers for their local community.

The search for an authentic relationship with God is powerful and lasting. Praying over meals can be part of a daily ritual helping to create abiding spiritual strength. In this podcast, we share our favorite inspirational scripture with personally relevant information about what it means to pray for meals every day.

Mealtime prayer has brought peace to many people and encouraged others to join us in giving thanks during these difficult times. Let us pray during this hour, and the countless hours when we eat and fill our minds with other things. Let’s not just make this meal a meal. As Christians, we should make it a habit to pray during meals before eating. It is necessary to show our gratitude to God even in the most basic aspects of our lives.

We need to understand that it is God who provides us with food and that is a beautiful thing. Because we believe in Him, we do not lack food. God cares for his creation, and one of the ways he does this is by providing food. Let's briefly look at a verse from the Bible that shows God's care for us;

“Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither barn nor barn, and yet God feeds them. How much more precious are you than the birds?

Our mission is to connect people with God. Our hope is spiritual transformation through the power of prayer. We pray for people every day in more than 400 churches across the United States. We need prayer, we need your time and your prayer time. So join us with your prayer requests and pour them out on us – thank you.

Praying for food before meals will decrease appetite and increase willpower. Eating in Peace will nourish and bring rest to body and soul a daily time-limited devotion designed to help you develop regular prayer time in your daily meal life. Some of the things to pray about as you prepare, consume and clean up your meal: a personal difference between ceasing.

We want to offer a little something for everyone, and this is a great way for you to join in the conversation (provided you're in a family with children) at mealtimes. These short and meaningful prayers from different cultures, faiths and religious traditions will help us remember what Jesus said that when we give food to our friends, they will be our friends forever.
