Ratings and reviews

One of the worst when it comes to customer support and providing required services. Their device do not update locations, no notifications at all, and they are unable to solve concerns at all. For more than 1 month device is not working for me at all and i have been calling their customer service support again and again. everytime they give differnet answer, but no support. Its better not a have service from such service provider.

The current location of my car which is shown is wrong. My car is about 10 KM away from what the app show. USELESS Can not get the live track of my car. It has been over 2 weeks that my car was shown at the wrong spot. And for yesterday i can not even get the proper location. Alfa Track either try to fix those issues or stop working

Since I have renewed my subscription, app is failing to update with live location everytime I open it in few hours. Everytime either I complain on WA and within few minutes, it start updating me with live location OR Keep trying with login out and clearing cache and hope it will update. Have worked effortlessly since last several months but don't know what they have done with renewal of subscription.
