App worked okay about a week and a half ago, it did freeze up a few times while using the app. Now the app literally won't even open. It sometimes even freezes up my phone when I try to open it. I have a flagship phone and a lot of others are having the same issue... Luckily I mainly use it on my desktop, but the app is literally useless. Fix it!

The developer reached out right away and told me how to fix it. Thank you! ******* I'm.experiencing the same issue after the update. I can't open the app and it freezes my phone up. Is there a way to uninstall the update or can Munbyn do it for us? It appears the update broke most peoples ability to use the app. I've had my printer since mid-January. I've enjoyed using it and never had an issue. Please help.

App will not open ..was working last week but after my phone updated now the app will not work.. have tried it on multiple android devices and will not work.. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled multiple times and still won't work.. I have a new Motorola phone if that helps.. UPDATE: The developer reached out and stated the app needed to be updated . I did reinstall the app and updated it and now the app opens!! Great job to the developer at munbyn who reached out to help get the app working!!
