There are so many issues. I don't know where to start. It has no idea what time it is so to schedule cleanings is Nonsense, and it's time always changes. It will erase the map of what it's cleaned even if you haven't even touched the robot. It does not resume its cleaning once it's back to fully charged. I'm running out of allowed characters of text so I need to finish now... Even though there's so many other issues.

It took forever just to see how to delete the previous map. Should be an option to save or delete on the screen with the map, and on the screen listing maps. The option to file for tech support doesn't work; wouldn't attach a pic or video and couldn't browse media files on the phone.

Fails too much, you have to pray for it to open cause it never does, the map changes direction and messes up the whole thing because it starts re mapping everything and the limits become useless, also it often ignores the limits set in the map and now in the appointment schedule despite selecting a room to clean it goes for the whole house and it's just a big mess, I regret my purchase
