The ice is delicious. I have visited this place so many times coming from LA, and I have noticed a few things that need improvement. For example, the app is at times not up-to-date with the flavors when you get to the place. When we order 2 flavors, they never give you half and half. They serve you 1/3 of one flavor & 2/3 of the other flavor. It's really employees, choice which one you will get more. They don't fill the cups all the way. The employees also mess up your orders.

I had a full stamp and when it's time to redeem the app crashed and lost everything. Need to get the app better.

App keeps crashing. 2 years later still the same problem still can't get my rewards stamps
