I was only able to successfully link it once. I've tried several different Wi-Fi's , reinstall the app a couple times, clear the cache and data,and it just will not connect anymore. What is the deal? I really just need it to lower the AC charging wattage. Who at Vanpower's thought it would be a good idea to set the default to 1800 Watts?

This is the worst app. It's not accepting my email to receive a verification code, and the guy (App Support) is not even responding to my query via email. This app is less than one star; it's nonfunctional and I think they don't care...if it crash, it crashes. Zero Stars. Unfortunate, they have a product with such potential.

Originally posted a comment on 10/2/2023 UPDATED 1/13/2024 IFound A Fix! Hello Everyone! I found a different way to link my Super Power Pro! Linked it to another device other than my smartphone. I had a Onn Pad from Walmart laying around that I was not using, and I wondered if it would work. It did and now I'm back in business. This is so much better, now I can leave my rechargeable generator under a cabinet out of the way and use my small pad as a display in my camper van. Good Luck Everyone!
