香港最貼地嘅租屋網上平台 - NextRent，我地為香港租客提供免佣長期租屋租房服務及短期租屋等租樓功能，滿足香港市民各類型嘅租屋需求。
NextRent App 提供以下各類租屋選擇：
1. 免佣長租獨立單位：我地嘅租盤盤源充足，當中包括不同價位及類型租屋選擇，而且大部分均為業主盤，可以讓香港潛在租客直達業主，免佣租屋。
2. 租用套房或劏房：香港租金價格高昂，傳統租屋方式未必讓每個香港租客都能負擔，NextRent 租屋網提供較經濟實惠嘅租房選擇，讓租客有機會直達套房劏房業主，免佣承租套房劏房單位，以較相宜金額租屋，減輕租每月租樓相關支出。
3. 免佣短租獨立單位：我地發現不少香港租客有短期租屋需求，我地 NextRent 租屋網為此推出短租單位租屋選擇，讓業主將佢地嘅租盤以短期方式出租，有別傳統 “一生一死” 嘅兩年租約租樓安排，滿足香港租客們嘅短租租屋需求。

NextRent offers more economical rental options, allowing tenants to directly contact landlords of suites or subdivided flats.
